The Fair Work Clinic is a free legal advice service for grassroots workers.
Our mission is to remove access to justice barriers for those in precarious employment situations. The Clinic mainly assists in the areas of employment law and employees’ compensation.
The Fair Work Clinic is supported by the Access to Justice Fellowship and the University of Hong Kong’s Knowledge Exchange Fund.
勞工平等權益法律支援社 (「勞工平權社」)為基層勞工提供免費法律諮詢服務。我們旨於為就業情況不穩定的勞工們提供平等的機會尋求司法服務。「勞工平權社」主要提供勞工法以及僱員補償方面的法律援助。
「勞工平權社」得到Access to Justice Fellowship以及香港大學知識交流基金 (Knowledge Exchange Fund) 的全力支持。
